Profile:

We are looking for a Assistant Human Resource Manager, to lead the HR function of our Restaurant Division. We own multiple casual dining restaurants in the UAE.


The responsibilities of Assistant HR Manager will encompass manpower planning, talent acquisition, on boarding, employee engagement, performance management, talent management, payroll management, rewards & recognition, HR system management, HR operations, and HR policies.

Additionally, oversee administrative tasks, drive learning & development initiatives, and coordinate PRO activities.


Your expertise and leadership will contribute to fostering a thriving workplace environment and supporting the growth of our talented workforce.
