- Describe the selection offood & beverage menu items to guests by offeringinteresting, and vivid descriptions of the each item's,origin, taste, and preparationmethods
- Anticipate guestneeds, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respondurgently and appropriately to guest concerns andrequests.
- Communicate guestorders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen usingthe hotel's point-of-sales system; coordinate foodtimings; check completed kitchen orders with the guest'soriginal order; transport items to the guest table in a timelymanner to ensure proper foodquality.
