Luxe Premium Holiday Homes LLC is looking to hire five Short-Term Leasing Specialists for our brand new office, who are skilled and talented.
As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for onboarding new apartments, displaying apartments to interested renters, leasing apartments to qualified applicants, and performing property management tasks as instructed.
Responsibilities:
Prospect of properties to lease.
Handle and follow up on leads.
Warmly greets visitors, prospective tenants, and current residents.
Prepare landlords proposals
Prepares leases for Leasing Managers' review and approval; obtains signatures from management
Coordinates move-in dates, materials, and processes.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Fluency in English
Outgoing and friendly attitude
Ability to make others feel welcome and comfortable
Excellent interpersonal skills with good sales and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education and Experience:
Real estate experience ( 2 Years Mandatory )
Experience in Dubai
Valid UAE Driving License with own car preferably
Company Offers:
Basic salary + 100% commission from tenants for you.

Professional photographer, videographer, and graphic designer in-house.
In-house Marketing department and continuous lead generation campaigns
Salary:
AED5, AED15,000.00 per month
