    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to lead teh client's sales initiatives and expand their market presence in the Middle East region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team to tap into potential client opportunities in the Forex market.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the Arabic-speaking market.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and identify new business opportunities to expand the client base.
    • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the Forex sector to inform strategic decisions.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to create synergistic campaigns and promotional activities that support sales goals.
    • Address complex client concerns and inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Set sales performance targets and monitor team performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging opportunities, including new markets, trends, customer needs, partnerships, products, and services.
    • Represent the company at seminars, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients and partners.
    • Ensure the sales team is well-versed in the company's products, markets, and trading platforms through continuous education and training.
    • Uphold the company's ethical standards and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Fluent in Arabic, with exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Extensive experience and a successful track record in sales leadership within the financial markets, particularly Forex and CFDs (Derivatives).
    • Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and lead a high-performing team.
    • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends in finance and FX.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal departments to achieve common business objectives.
    • Strategic thinker with a robust analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
    • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
