- Managing a team of 20 professionals, assuring and advising on the delivery of the infrastructure
- Defining and delivering service excellence to our client across all project management functions
- Advising and supporting the client's director and their senior management team in the Integrated Solutions sector.
- Supporting portfolio strategic planning, project appraisal and project evaluation processes from project start to commissioning and handover.
- Promoting agile and justified decision-making with the client's senior management to ensure the progress of the projects and to maintain the rate of execution.
- Ensuring that the sector is aligned to the programme's structures and processes, led by the PMO.
