We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our organization.

As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our company's objectives and values.

• Overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and compliance.
• Collaborating with department heads to understand their talent needs and develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing highperforming teams.
• Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated matters, including policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Leading initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture, driving employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Managing HR operations and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar senior HR role, with a deep understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to HR management.
