Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Team Leader to join our dynamic team.

As a Technical Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of frontend and backend developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-level project requirements.

Your role will involve coordinating with project stakeholders, distributing tasks, and providing technical guidance to the team.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of frontend and backend developers, ensuring effective collaboration and highquality project delivery.
Act as a bridge between project stakeholders and the development team, understanding and translating highlevel project requirements into actionable tasks.
Coordinate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
Assign tasks to team members based on their skill sets, availability, and project requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, assisting them in problemsolving and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and consistency across projects.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively address any issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
Collaborate with other teams, such as QA and UX/UI, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

Assessment Period
A 2-week unpaid assessment period is required to evaluate suitability for a position.

Salary:
From AED4,000.00 per month
