    Description

    ROLE

    As a Back Office Executive at Cartier, you will ensure the smooth and accurate daily operations of cash and inventory activities contributing to an efficient retail environment.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Cash Desk Management
        Guarantee application and accuracy of financial procedures. Execute daily opening and closing procedures for the cash desk ensuring accountability. Validate sales transactions before payment check product reference pricing discount application if any customer signature necessary approvals after payment monitor verify balance resolving discrepancies immediately investigate resolve errors mismatches promptly accurately.
    • Bank Deposits
        'Prepare bank deposits for accuracy proper documentation complete deposit activities as per banking schedules internal timelines share supporting documents with finance in timely manner.'
    • Daily Stock Management
