Job Summary

This person is an enabler of all VM projects, from start of works at site till the site is handed over to operations team.

Work starts after the project is handed over by the back-end team (Design & Back-end Projects Team).

This profile has functional reporting to HOD, VM based in India and administrative reporting to Business Head, International Business in Dubai.

Pert Chart/Project Schedule Preparation On time mobilization of site Checking the quality of works at site basis the Materials Used, the cost incurred and the time taken Handover of the site in the given timeline Checking the bills and certification of the same Checking the bills basis the Measurement Book

Requirements

7-10 years of relevant experience in Construction, Interior Design,

Architecture Education:
Civil Engineering or Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management or Architect.

Expertise of using AutoCAD Expertise to manage on-site works Fluency in written and spoken English Expertise in Office programs and emailing.

Experience in handling on site escalations Excellent Communication skills since dealing with external stakeholders Good convincing Skills with 'How may I help you attitude' i.e.

servicing attitude Attitude to follow win win approach leading to building and managing long term relationships Maturity to assess and handle situations Enthusiastic person who is proactive in work.
