Job Description
An IT support specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to an organization's computer systems and users. IT support specialists must possess strong troubleshooting skills and be able to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
Responsibilities

Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
