Description

• Compliance to client officetimings 0830 – 1630 from Mon – Fri at ADEKHQ.
• Overall Project performance, projectimprovement plans, team performance, team vacation planssubmissions and approvals form ADEK.
• Submissionof HSE Inspection plan and SRA Audit plans quarterly for approvalof ADEK.
• Ensuring implementation of approvedplans and in case of deviation, escalating to ADEK forsupport.
• Review and notify the reports through'COMPLAINCE SYSTEM' to the entities within 1day from the date of submission.
• Ensuringmaintenance of quality of the inspection / audit reports as per QA/QC requirements of contract.
• Ensuring timelysubmission, review, approval and notification of reports, closureof NCs, form A, C and form F through system from theteam.
• Conducting incident investigations within2 days of notification from AL ADAA and submission of investigationreport within 2 days from the date ofinvestigation
• Follow up with entities foraction plan implementation evidences after ADEK notifies toentities.
• Weekly review with project team forthe project performance and improvement plans for closure ofinspections & audits.
• Resourcesplanning, if necessary, for inspections, auditsetc.
• Proposing improvement plans / modificationplans to ADEK on Inspection Checklists, NC logs, forms, formats,etc as required.
• Planning and conductingproject progress meetings weekly on status updation and improvementplans quarterly with ADEK team.
• Monitor, assessand report project team performance against KPIs to OperationsManager, AUH.
• Monitor, assess and report theperformance of sub-contractor's resources / activities toOperations Manager, AUH.
• Preparing, submittingand getting approval of proposals for the additional tasks out ofthe contract for implementation andinvoicing.
• Payment follow-up with ADEK as perthe contract terms and conditions.
• Submissionof leave plans to Operations Manager, Abu Dhabi with prior approvalform ADEK.
