- Support the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in the daily operation and work.
- Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen.
- Actively take part in set up of buffets and special functions.
- Assisting in all areas of the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidy.
- Maintain Health & Safety standards.
- Control food stock and inventory.
- Service focused personality is essential and a passion for culinary arts.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Positive, dynamic, creative and dedicated team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
