A large and growingSporting Goods Wholesaling company (swimming pool equipment, partsand supplies, and related outdoor living products, etc.) is seekinga Accounts Payable Overhead Representative to join their team.There are currently 5 members on this team, and you will be a partof the Accounting department as a whole. The entire department isextremely communicative, high-energy, collaborative, and has anincredible team culture. This is a onsite role, Monday - Friday,and they are very eager to have someone join Job responsibilitiesinclude, but not limited to:

Review Vendor invoices for accuracy andresolve all discrepancies

Use company policyand procedures to resolve issues according to the type ofdiscrepancy

All approvals are based on theDelegation of Authority -- must follow theseguidelines

Identify and confirm terms ofvendors and ensure invoices are paid timely

-Ensure amounts and charges are correct

Obtainand verify W-9 on all vendors
