Product Manager:

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy Development: Develop and refine product strategies based on market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback. Define clear and compelling product visions and roadmaps to guide development efforts.

Requirement Management: Define business and functional requirements and allocate them to the development team.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure product goals are met. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure smooth product development and launch processes.

Advocate for the needs of users throughout the product development process. Incorporate user feedback and usability findings into product design and development efforts.

Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends and competitive moves to inform product strategy. Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate product strategies, developments, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, team members, and external partners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, ideally with one company.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Strong problemsolving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
Skilled at working effectively with crossfunctional teams in the organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking.
Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in product management.
