    Description

    Weare hiringChefDePartieTeppanyakiin areputed restaurant based in Abu Dhabi UAE.Thesuccessful candidatewouldberesponsibleforengagingentertaininginteractingandprovidingauniquediningexperiencetoguests.Primarilyworksinfrontoftherestaurantwhilecookingandpreparinghotmealsonhibachitablesdirectlyinfrontofguests.Ensures correct food portions are being cooked and maintain thekitchen areas and hibachi tables clean and sanitized. Prepares andsets up food for cooking and side orders.Supervisescoordinatesandparticipatesinactivities ofchefsandotherkitchenpersonnelengagedinpreparingand cooking food in the Club Restaurant or any assigned kitchen intheresort.

    Duties&Responsibilities

    Supervisespersonnel engaged in preparing cooking and serving meats saucesvegetables soups and otherfoods.

    Organizetogethersectionwithregardtomiseenplaceproductionanditsservice.

    Cooksorotherwisepreparesfoodaccordingtorecipe.

    Cutstrimsandbonesmeatsandpoultryforcooking.

    PortionscookedfoodsasperExecutiveChefsinstructionsastosizeofportionsandmethodsofgarnishing.

    TakeordersfromChefdeCuisine/HeadChefandcarrythemoutinthecorrectmanner

    Preparingspecificfooditemsandmealcomponentsatyourstation

    FollowingdirectionsprovidedbytheHeadChef

    TogetherwithDemiChefmonitordailydrystorefoodrequisitionsandkitchentransfersontheappropriate forms in order to maintain the high stock rotationdesired in theirsection

    Cooksfoodstuffsinquantitiesaccordingtomenuandnumberofpersonstobeserved

    Ensureconsistencyinqualityquantityflavors&tasteofdishesatalltimes

    Responsibleforcompletingthedailychecklistsregardingmiseenplaceandfoodstorage

    AttenddailyandmonthlyBriefingwiththeChefdeCuisineChef/HeadChef

    Plansmenu(withoutletChef)takingadvantageoffoodsinseasonandlocalavailability

    Reportany problems regarding failure of machinery and small equipment tothe chef de cuisine and to follow up and ensure the necessary workhas been carriedout
