As a Real Estate Agent specializing in the primary market with Provident, you will play a crucial role in the vibrant and competitive Dubai real estate sector. Focused on new developments and off-plan properties, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties in their early stages. This role demands a deep understanding of the local real estate market, effective communication skills, and the ability to guide clients through the unique aspects of primary market transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:

• Generate leads through various channels to connect with potential buyers and sellers in the primary market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.

Property Presentations:

• Showcase and present off-plan properties to clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and investment potential.
• Provide expert advice on market trends and property values.

Market Analysis:

• Stay informed about current and future market trends in the primary real estate sector.
• Conduct comparative market analysis for new developments.

Negotiation and Closing:

• Negotiate favorable terms for clients, ensuring a smooth and successful closing process for off-plan property transactions

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire off-plan property transaction process.
• Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Client Education:

• Educate clients on the benefits and risks associated with investing in off-plan properties.
• Guide clients through the intricacies of primary market transactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent specializing in the primary market in Dubai is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Valid UAE driving license.
