    4 to 6 years of HFM Development Experience is mandatory for this role. Acquire end to end system data flow, application configuration, reporting requirements and Change requests. Provide additional support on ad hoc activities (quarter ends) Person would be responsible for End-to
    • End HFM admin activities.
    Taking personal responsibility for developing team's knowledge/skills on HFM application and latest changes Proven track record of successful creation and analysis of GRCA and Entity business change requirements. Familiarity with IFRS, Regulatory, FINREP & GSIB reporting. Mature and independent – able to work with teams with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communicator. Proactive builder of strong and diverse business relationships Organised and efficient multi-tasker; has a strong work ethic. Ability to work under pressure, report to tight deadlines and deal effectively with issues as they arise Able to manage, mentor and develop more junior staff Proficiency in data analysis and systems impact analysis Subject matter expertise / strong knowledge of financial accounting, management information / management accounting processes Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams) Strong desire and proven ability to comprehend complexities, opportunities and solutions offered by systems and various digital tools#J-18808-Ljbffr
