    Description
    • Planning and execution of brandspecific CRM campaigns including push notifications, emails andSMSs
    • Analyzing campaign data to identify keyuser segments & design targeted campaigns to maximize LTVand repeat rates for each segment.
    • Creation andimplementation of an optimized daily/ weekly/ monthly communicationplan tailoring communication to different customer segments withfocus on maximizing revenue, traffic, conversion &CTR.
    • Tracking effectiveness of scheduledcampaigns through regular reporting, continuous learning andoptimization of campaigns basis KPIs
    • Experiencein Email HTMLization

    Core Responsibilities (SMARTGoals):

    • 10% uptick in Open rates basisSubject line optimization in 4 months
    • 10%uptick in Click rates by experimentation and giving creativefeedback in 4 months.
    • Improving Click toconversion ratio by 10% in 4 months by ensuring content to campaignrelevancy
    • Improving CTRs by 3% per month basisincreased segmentation and relevanttargeting

    People-Management:

    • Weekly cadence withcategory team for input optimization
    • Bi-weeklycadence with content team for contentoptimization

    Requirements:

    • Degreein business or marketing
    • At least 2-4 years ofexperience in CRM and campaign management, email marketing, ande-commerce campaigns
    • Experience with customerdata and segmentation models
    • Familiarity withcommon tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, MoEngage,WebEngage, etc.)
    • Very good knowledge ofconceptualizing and designing target group-specific andcross-channel campaigns.
    • Understanding ofKPI-based campaign performancemeasurement
    • Confident handling and experiencewith common marketing automation systems
    • Teamplayer, with a high level of commitment, drive andenthusiasm
