    Responsibilities:

    • ClinicalLeadership:
      • Provide strong clinical leadershipto the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality,patient-centered care.
      • Oversee and coordinatenursing activities within the assignedunit.
    • PatientCare:
      • Monitor and assess patient conditions,ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient careactivities.

    • StaffSupervision:
      • Supervise and support nursingstaff, including assigning duties, monitoring performance, andproviding guidance.
      • Conduct regular performanceevaluations and contribute to professional developmentplans.
    • QualityAssurance:
      • Implement and monitor qualityassurance programs to maintain compliance with regulatory standardsand enhance patient care outcomes.
      • Participatein continuous improvement initiatives and bestpractices.
    • Communication:
      • Facilitateclear communication among nursing staff, healthcare providers, andother departments.
      • Relay important informationto ensure effective and coordinated patientcare.
    • EmergencyResponse:
      • Lead nursing staff in responding toemergencies, demonstrating the ability to make critical decisionsunder pressure.
      • Ensure the implementation ofemergency protocols and maintain a calm and organized approachduring crises.
    • Educationand Training:
      • Support ongoing education andtraining for nursing staff to enhance their skills andknowledge.
      • Contribute to the development andimplementation of educationalprograms.
    • Collaboration:
      • Collaboratewith interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, andadministrative staff, to optimize patient care andoutcomes.
      • Participate in regular meetings todiscuss patient care plans and quality improvementinitiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Nursingfrom an accredited institution.
    • RegisteredNurse (RN) license in Dhabi.
    • Proven experiencein a leadership or supervisory role within a healthcaresetting.
    • Advanced clinical skills and knowledgeof current healthcare practices.
    • Excellentleadership, communication, and interpersonalskills.
    • Proficient in healthcare informationsystems and electronic health records.
    • BasicLife Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)certifications.
