    Description
    • To understand and strictly adhereto the Rules & Regulations established in the EmployeesHandbook and the Hotel's policy on Fire, Hygiene, Healthand Safety.
    • To attend and contribute to allstaff meetings Departmental and Hotel Training as scheduled andother related activities.
    • To undertake anyreasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by Asst.Engineering Manager/Engineering Manager.
    • Tohandle guest and employee inquiries in a courteous and efficientmanner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if noimmediate solution can be found and assure follow up withguests.
    • To handle and treat all matters of aconfidential nature, oral or written with tact anddiscretion.
    • In accordance with the situation orif instructed by the Entity's General Manager as agreedwith the Employee, perform functions not stipulated in his jobdescription in line with the Internal Work Rules and effective RFlabour legislation.
    • To fulfill and act on oraland/or written assignments, tasks, instructions and orders of theimmediate supervisor, as well as other competent officials andauthorized representatives of the Company, including the authorizedrepresentatives of the Branch office of Four Seasons Hotel AbuDhabi, such as the Director of the Branch office and the Directorof Engineering of the Branch office, if necessitated by businessrequirements and, therefore, deemed to be productionassignments.
    • Estimate type and quantity ofmaterials and equipment required to complete project and ordermaterials, if needed.
    • May train as well asoversee the work of others who assist in completing aproject.
    • Maintain records of work activitiesand materials used.
    • Maintain records and writereports.
    • Respond to public inquiries in acourteous manner; provide information within the area ofassignment; resolve complaints in an efficient and timelymanner.
    • Estimate time, materials and equipmentrequired for jobs assigned; requisition materials asrequired.
    • Perform related duties andresponsibilities as required.
    • The ability toclean all stations in Engineering and maintain a neat and organizeddepartment.
