Description

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate company vehicles, following all traffic rules and regulations.
Transport goods, products, or passengers to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition.
Load and unload goods as necessary, ensuring items are handled with care to prevent damage.
Maintain cleanliness and regular maintenance of the vehicle.
Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle and addressing any concerns professionally.
Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other transportation-related expenses.
Adhere to schedules and routes provided by the company.
Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage to the appropriate authorities and company officials.
Follow company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license for the appropriate vehicle class and clean driving record.
5+ years of experience as a driver, with a proven track record of safe driving.
Familiarity with local roads and routes in the area of operation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Physical ability to load and unload goods if required.
Punctual and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.

Job Description

As an Elite Way Group Driver, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service while maintaining a commitment to quality. Safely transporting goods and/or passengers is at the forefront of your responsibilities, reflecting our company values.

Responsibilities and Expectations

You will be responsible for operating company vehicles efficiently and safely. This includes adhering to traffic rules and regulations and ensuring that vehicles are maintained properly through regular inspections and cleaning.

We expect you to deliver timely services to our clients. To achieve this, you must have excellent time management and organizational skills.

In addition to safe and efficient transportation, we also require drivers who can handle emergencies effectively. If an accident occurs, you must report it immediately and take all necessary steps to mitigate any potential damage.

Our Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need a valid driver's license, extensive experience in driving, and a thorough knowledge of local roads and routes. Strong communication skills, physical stamina, and a commitment to punctuality and reliability are essential qualities for our ideal candidate.
