- Create focused conversations withguests which identify their personalpreferences.
- Be proactive and anticipate thecomplete requirements of each guest in order to make their uniqueexperience a success.
- Provide clear directionsfor all guests travelling outside of thehotel.
- Respond to all guests' needsand requests, utilizing proper communication skills withinresources, and other departments, whenappropriate.
- Maintain a daily record viaGoConcierge of all guest requests, reservations and confirmationsfor guests.
- Communicate all important detailsto management and colleagues regarding internal and externalevents, resources and possiblechallenges.
- Assists guest in therecommendation, booking and organizing of sightseeing/shopping/artsand cultural activities.
- Assists guests in theconfirming or booking of airlineflights.
- Assists guests in the recommendationand booking of restaurants, bars, clubs and otherentertainment/leisure activities asrequested
- Arranges limousine transportationrequests, ensuring that limousine generated revenue is fullymaximized
- Provides all information pertainingto the hotel's services andfacilities.
- Is expected to have an extensiveand intimate knowledge of Dubai and surrounding regions. Thisincludes all modes of transportation, restaurants, bars, clubs,retail, sightseeing, arts and cultural activities. Allrecommendations must appear to be personal andinsightful.
- Builds relationship with guests todelight and gain loyalty.
- Ensure customersatisfaction from arrival to departure in accordance to the MOHGLegendary Quality Experiences (LQEs), the MOHG Pillars and therespective service standards of MOQA.
- Have anin-depth knowledge of directions, travel time, cost and variousforms of transportation.
- Maintain a constantlyupdated database with extensive information about cityhighlights.
- Demonstrate first-hand knowledge ofthe recommendations with thorough research.
- Isproactive and able to anticipate the complete requirements to makethe experience a success.
