    Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead (Retail Banking)

    Key responsibilities include leading and implementing digital marketing strategies across all digital channels, enhancing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role plays a key part in transforming the bank's digital presence, driving ROI-focused campaigns, and promoting digital-first banking experiences.

    Key Accountabilities:

    1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals for all SIB digital platforms.
    2. Increase digital customer acquisition and engagement rates.
    3. Grow website and app traffic through targeted campaigns.
    4. Improve conversion rates for digital banking products.
    5. Manage and optimize paid and organic digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, search, display, retargeting, programmatic campaigns) for maximum reach and ROI.
    6. Reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC).
    7. Achieve higher ROI on digital marketing spend.
    8. Enhance search engine ranking and social media engagement metrics.
    9. Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with Shariah principles and regulations.

    Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
    • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in banking or financial services.
    • Excellent proficiency in English (written & spoken); bilingual in English & Arabic preferred.
    • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, content marketing, GA4, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, CMS tools (Sitecore, WordPress).
