Immigration Coordinator - Abu Dhabi

Overview
Responsible for preparing, processing, and submitting official government applications and documentation related to visas, labor, immigration, Emirates ID/Iqama, business licensing, and other regulatory services. Ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of documents.
Your role
- Prepare and type applications for:
- Visa applications (new, renewal, cancellation, transfer).
- Work permits and labor contracts.
- Emirates ID / Iqama applications.
- Medical and insurance forms.
- Trade license applications and amendments.
- Upload documents into government portals (e.g., MOHRE, Immigration, Absher, etc.).
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Advise clients on required documents and procedures.
- Coordinate with government departments and PROs when needed.
- Track application status and follow up on pending cases.
- Maintain proper filing (physical and digital records).
- Ensure compliance with local labor and immigration laws.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or bachelor s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- 2 3 years of experience as a Typing Clerk, Data Entry Clerk, Office Clerk, or similar administrative role.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor s degree preferred).
- Experience in typing center or government processing services (UAE/KSA experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of government portals such as:
- Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE).
- General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA).
- Absher (KSA).
- Fast and accurate typing skills (Arabic & English preferred).
- Attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of visa rules, labor law basics, and documentation processes.
