    Description
    • Aligns with brands designobjectives to support Product Presentation standards and meetfinancial goals
    • Manages the work-streams andprocesses to enhance the consumer journey; provides a platform toderive space metrics to ensure effective financial, buying andseasonal assortment plans
    • Plans retail space& capacity at a category level by season for allstores
    • Liaises with Buyers, Planners, ProjectsTeam, Visual Merchandising and retail teams to ensure effectiveimplementation of space planning
    • Maps outassortments by fixture with the Buying team in line with theseasonal selection as well as Brands flows andguidelines
    • Maintains fixture counts, space& capacity on a seasonal basis and ensures stock levels arecorrect in stores
    • Works with the categoriesstakeholders to understand the weight of the category for storedisplay; determines and recommends the zoning and space allocationfor the showroom
    • Analyzes sales data, reviewsproductivity and suggests zoning plans, stock room capacities anddisplay management techniques in line with theresults
    • Monitor the stores'performance weekly to identify opportunities for improvement,trends & future space needs in the form of monthlyreports.
    • Be the SPOC & coordinatechanges between all functions of the business duringseasonal/mid-season changes.

    • Definesperformance goals at the start of the year in discussion with thereporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved duringthe course of the year
    • Takes ownership ofhis/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs inconsultation with the manager and agreeing on the individualdevelopment plan which goes beyond just training anddevelopment
    • Keeps abreast of professionaldevelopments, new techniques and current issues through continuededucation and professional growth
