Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and local authorities to facilitate permits, licenses, and approvals for company operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for government inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses to requests for information and assistance.
• Monitor regulatory changes and developments that may impact the company's operations, and advise management on compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and documentation required for regulatory submissions and compliance reports.
• Organize and represent the company at meetings, conferences, and industry events with government officials and stakeholders.
• Prepare press releases, articles, and other communication materials to promote the company's activities and achievements in the media.
• Support internal communications initiatives, including employee newsletters, intranet updates, and corporate announcements.

Requirements:

• Saudi national with a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in public relations, government relations, or related roles, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of government regulations, procedures, and protocols in Saudi Arabia, particularly related to the construction sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials, stakeholders, and the media.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English languages, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Familiarity with media relations, crisis management, and social media platforms is a plus.
