- Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues with HVAC systems.
- Repair or replace defective parts as necessary.
- Install and test new HVAC systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and standards.
- Keep up-to-date records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Provide accurate estimates and recommendations for repairs or replacements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a HVAC technician.
- Must have HVAC/R troubleshooting and repair experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC principles, codes, and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
