- Prepares espresso orders forcustomers and catering using standard measures andrecipes.
- Enters orders accurately into POSdevice; accepts cash and chargepayments.
- Replenishes condiments, beverages andgeneral supplies while maintaining cleanliness of servicearea.
- Ensures proper presentation, portioncontrol and maintenance of proper serving temperatures; followsHACCP standards.
- Maintains sanitation andorderliness of all equipment, supplies andutensils.
- Ensures proper food preparation byusing approved recipes and following prescribed productionstandards.
- Keeps display equipment clean andfree of debris during meal service.
- Cleansequipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area forother assignments.
- Greets customers courteouslyand interacts in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Relaysrelevant concerns from customers tosupervisors.
- Serves customers quickly andefficiently, and prevents delays in servinglines.
- Demonstrates a complete understanding ofdaily menu items and accurately explains them tocustomers.
- Serves as an advocate of sellingtechniques to the customer by establishing good communication andassisting in the buying decision-makingprocess.
- Ensures all display foods aremerchandised attractively per standards. Serves food neatly andattractively per standard.
