    Co-ordinate and produce the proposal (ITT, RFI etc.) response while assembling a proposal team with relevant services /AI products business knowledge required to win.

    Responsibilities include the introduction and implementation of all necessary proposal procedures and processes. This is highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines.
    Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposal within customer defined timeframes.
    Co-ordinate and review /edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders. Typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, products teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.
    Supervise and direct procurement & contracts activities.

    QualificationsEducational Requirements:
    BSc degree in Sciences or Engineering, MBA will be a plusMinimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

    8-10 years of relevant experience of which 2-3 years managerial experience preferred.
    Knowledge of software market, especially in the Oil and Gas sector.
    Communicate and influence at senior level.
    Ability to coach sales team and SME in persuasive writing and proposal best practice.
    Experience in proposal automation software.
