    One of our clients is currently seeking aProcurement Coordinator to be based intheir Dubaioffice.

    JobOverview: The Procurement Coordinator plays apivotal role in facilitating seamless procurement operations withinthe organization. This position involves overseeing the procurementprocess from sourcing to delivery ensuring timely and costeffectiveacquisition of goods and services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaboratewith internal teams vendors and stakeholders managing documentationmaintaining inventory levels and contributing to strategicdecisionmaking.
    • Maintaining compliance withprocurement policies negotiating contracts and optimizingprocurement processes to support organizational objectives.
    • Receiving goods Via SAP(GRN/IR/Billing).
    • Applying for certificate oforigin (COO) generating clearancedocuments.
    • Coordinate with finance team to sendthe Clearance documents through Bank.
    • Arrangingfor Courier dispatch.
    • Payment Flow up withFinance from SOA till Swift copy.
    • Reports ViaSAP. (Order dump Advance payment invoiceetc.)
    • Prepare export documentation for theshipment from UAE and overseas.
    • Coordinate withlogistics and business unit for the correction of shippingdocuments.
    • Apply certificate of origin (COO)via Dubai Chamber and make payment whereverrequired.
    • Follow up with buyers and for timelysubmission of original documents toaccounts.
    • Proactively monitor upcoming shipmentdocuments to be handed over with the help/input ofbuyer.
    • Prepare and communicate auctiondocuments based on buyer inputs.
    • Park Supplierinvoices for Materials and Freight on time in order to process thecredit supplier payments on time.
    • CreateBilling.
    • Prepare Various types of documentsRFQs RFPS PFIs Quotations etc.
    • Reach out topotential customers.
    • Engage closely withinternal teams to understand and fulfill business requirementsensuring seamless procurement support.
    • Regularly interact with management to provide updates onprocurement status address concerns and contribute insights tostrategic decisionmaking.
    • Build and fosterstrong cross functional relationships.
    • Buildand maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers negotiatingterms addressing concerns and ensuring a reliable supplychain.
    • Ensure alignment of commercialactivities with organizational goals.
    • Determine the approach for fostering and maintaining strongrelationships with clients/customers.
    • Makedecisions within standard operating procedures and company policiesandprocedures.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Finance or a relatedfield.
    • Chartered Institute of Purchasing andSupply (CIPS) is a plus.
    • Experience of 3 to 5years in procurement or a related field with a preference forexpertise in FMCG.
    • Proven track record incoordinating and executing procurement processes including sourcingnegotiation and supplier management.
    • Experiencewith international procurement including knowledge of Internationalcommercial terms (Incoterms) and import/exportregulations.
    • Experience in working withmultiple legal entities under different legalumbrellas.
    • Indepth understanding of endtoendprocurement processes including sourcing purchasing and contractmanagement.
    • Knowledge of supply chainprinciples and practices ensuring effective coordination fromsupplier to enduser.
    • Familiarity withprocurement policies regulations and industry compliance standardsto ensure legal and ethical procurementpractices.
    • Meticulous attention to detailstrong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamicand fastpaced environment.
