As our new Accountant, you will join a team of 11 dedicated and experienced finance professionals who are responsible for various accounting-related tasks.

On a daily basis, you thrive in an ambitious and international environment, and it is thus crucial that you are used to working independently under high levels of responsibility.

This position also reports locally to the Finance Director MEA and Asia.

You will be strongly involved in various activities across the group, which will give you the opportunity to build a strong network globally.

Areas of focus

• Compile and Analyse financial information to prepare entries to book of accounts
• Perform processing and posting of all invoices, expense forms and requests.
• Stock account and related task, priority for closing on daily basis
• Prepare reconciliation of G/L accounts
• Maintain balance sheet accounts
• Handling financial transactions & data
• Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures

Your professional skills

• Relevant financial education or similar
• Minimum 3 years of experience from a similar position
• Experience from the oil and shipping industry is an advantage
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in both written and verbal English
