As the Nursery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the educational leadership and day-to-day management of our vibrant nursery.

• Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with international early childhood education standards.
• Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages the holistic development of each child.

• Lead and inspire a team of educators and support staff.
• Conduct regular professional development sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the nursery staff.

• Establish effective communication channels with parents, ensuring they are well-informed about their child s progress and activities.
• Organize regular parent-teacher meetings and events to encourage parental involvement in the educational journey.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Manage resources effectively, including budgeting, procurement, and maintenance of facilities.

• Prioritize the well-being and safety of students, implementing policies and procedures that create a secure learning environment.
• Collaborate with health professionals and parents to address any special needs or concerns.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early childhood education setting (will also accept candidates looking to step into leadership for the first time).
• Familiarity with international early years education standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
