Responsibilities:

Optimize the entire value chain and ensure smooth flow of goods.

Oversee production, automation, HSE & quality, and digitization of production processes and product flow.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations, streamline processes, and ensure sustainable profitability.

Act as an advisor and key member of the management team, leading other operational managers.

Foster a unifying, inclusive, and forward-looking culture aligned with company values.

Identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements.

Enhance collaboration with external partners and stakeholders.


Job Requirements:


  • Management experience in operations, production, or supply chain, preferably in the food industry or FMCG.
  • Experience in production processes, planning, and logistics.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of commercial and financial processes.
  • Higher education in technical fields, preferably process, logistics, machinery, chemistry, or food technology.
