Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Psychologist with a valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) or DOH (Department of Health) license to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi.

As a Licensed Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional mental health services to a diverse population while adhering to the highest ethical standards.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnoses of patients' mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients using evidencebased therapeutic techniques.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and counselors, to ensure integrated care and treatment for patients.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
  • Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of psychology to enhance treatment methodologies.
  • Provide guidance and support to patients' families and caregivers when necessary.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and case conferences to discuss patient care and treatment strategies.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards of conduct in all aspects of practice.

Requirements:


  • Valid DHA or DOH license as a Psychologist is mandatory.
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience working as a Licensed Psychologist, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Indepth knowledge of psychological assessment tools, therapeutic modalities, and evidencebased treatment approaches.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness of the unique challenges faced by individuals in Abu Dhabi.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics.

AED16, AED18,000.00 per month
