One of our clients in Dubai, a trading firm that trades ore, ferrous alloys, carbon goods, cored wire, and base metals worldwide, is searching for a documentation executive with Letter of credit (LC) and Cash against documents (CAD) Experience.


DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION

  • Prepares Purchase Orders (POs) for the purchase of products.
  • For sales of products, draughts a Sales Contract (SC).
  • Understand a letter of credit (important)
  • Prepare shipping instructions for the seller based on the buyer's specifications and the LETTER OF CREDIT.
  • Manage shipment documentation with the seller in accordance with the buyer's specifications.
  • Prepare all of the buyer's shipping documents.
  • Shipments can be tracked online.
  • Once the goods have arrived and the documentation have been delivered, follow up on document clearance and payment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent communication skills in English Writing and Speaking.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)


QUALIFICATION
Graduate/Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of experience in import/export documentation.

  • Only 4000AED to 4500AED is available as a starting wage package. If you agree to the terms, please apply.
  • The applicant must reside in the United Arab Emirates.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 36 months


Salary:
AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
