Description

• Provide every guest with appropriate aftercare/lifestyle advice/retail and treatment recommendations.
• Ensure every treatment is carried out as per the trained procedure with any necessary amendments for medical conditions applied.
• You will have knowledge about all aspects of treatments, spa therapy, and the facility.
• Responsible for driving the guest experience and communication amongst the colleagues orchestrating a smooth guest sequence delivery.
• Ensure guest / member preferences and special requests are accommodated to the best of the property's abilities.
• Always maintain guest confidentiality.

• Provides Spa treatments including: Manicure, pedicure, facials, body scrubs (Hammam), massage treatments in accordance with Spa standards.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a therapy role.
• Experience of working in a luxury facility or similar, preferably in a Wellness Spa is advantageous.
• Professional at all times with a flexible 'can do' attitude.
• English is a must, other languages are an advantage
