Description

Promoting the company's existing projects in real estate sector and introducing new projects to the market. Developing digital marketing plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales department meets it's quotas and goals.

Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding client's requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.

Implementing new sales plans and advertising, recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing objectives.

Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.


Sales and Marketing Manager Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
3-5 years experience in marketing or sales.
Experience in relationship management in builder's field with existing client contacts will be advantageous.
Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

Salary:
AED3, AED6,000.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Campaign Management: 3 years (preferred)

• Sales: 3 years (preferred)
