Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Management Officer (PMO) at Pansoft Technologies LLC, located in Burial Khor Ras Al Khaimah. The Senior PMO will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, ensuring that they align with the company's objectives and strategies. Key responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and performance monitoring. The Senior PMO will also communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders, and implement best practices for project management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Planning, Resource Allocation, and Risk Management
• Strong experience in Performance Monitoring and Project Reporting
• Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
• Knowledge of Project Management Tools and Methodologies
• Leadership and Team Management abilities
• Experience with IT Projects and Understanding of Tech Solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
