Bidding Executive


We are a wooden flooring company based in Dubai and looking for a skilled Bidding Professional with a solid grasp of municipality procedures and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop winning bidding strategies based on your deep understanding of municipal regulations and procedures.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather project specifications and craft comprehensive bids.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal representatives and stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to enhance bid strategies.
  • Ensure bid compliance with municipal regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage endtoend bid submission process, including postbid activities.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Relevant Field or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in bidding processes, particularly in municipal projects.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Problemsolving ability to tackle bidrelated challenges.
  • Adaptability to evolving municipal policies and trends.

Salary:
AED4, AED7,000.00 per month
