    • Leading client engagement across aportfolio of projects or a singleproject.
    • Accountable for a variety of complexdeliverables throughout the lifecycle of a project, generallywithin an end market sector.
    • Responsible forboth cost and contracts teams on aproject.
    • Manages/administers post-contract Costplans, schedules and budgets.
    • Manages resourcesacross a project, all within the establishedbudgets.
    • Accountable for briefing the team onproject scope to ensure roles and responsibilities are understood.Monitors and manages the performance of directreports.
    • Responsible for timely cash collectionin compliance with contract terms.
    • Responsiblefor ensuring that any additional work/changes in scope are approvedby clients.
    • Ensures all deliverables complywith the project delivery systems.
    • Reviews andresponds to contractors claims in accordance with the provisions ofthe Conditions of Contract and ensure the Clients interests areprotected.
    • Provides direct liaison with theClient project team. Reviews the contracts and commercial reports.Represents the clients/AECOM in negotiation & disputeresolutions/arbitrationprocedures.

    Qualifications

    • Degreequalified or equivalent
    • Minimum of 10years' experience
    • MRICS or similarcertification preferred
