- Exciting opportunity with a leading conglomerate in the UAE
- Must have experience as an SME for 2 major transformation programs
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for SAP SuccessFactors implementation
- Design, configure, and customise specific modules to align with organisational processes and objectives. Ensuring successful deployment including integration with other systems
- Perform regular system maintenance tasks, updates and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators to ensure effective use of SAP SuccessFactors
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes and procedures
- Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, updates and industry best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and customisation
- Strong understanding of HR and talent management processes
- Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation and Learning
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
