    BuildingThe Business

    • Ensurethere is a full business plan in place for SL with a focus onrevenue growth and margins.
    • Support withrecruiting key hires to achieve the business goals for thefuture.
    • Help with increasing net profit marginfee income per fee earner and achieving financialgoals.
    • Enhance opportunities to engage teams toincrease engagement scores.
    • With the Head ofResearch, develop client engagement/business development plan andsupporting MarComms strategies.
    • Participate ininitiatives from the Global Wealth group, including the launch andpromotion of the Wealth Report, supporting the"Ambassador" strategy and development of a HNWdatabase.
    • Co-ordinate major pitches and toensure that the pitch format and template is assembled, powerfuland regularly updated.
