Position Overview:

As a Sales Assistant specializing in Bathroom and Sanitary Ware, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our showroom or sales floor.

You will assist customers in selecting the right products, provide product information and recommendations, and process sales transactions efficiently. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the showroom or sales floor and provide a warm welcome.
Assist customers in selecting bathroom and sanitary ware products based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
Provide product demonstrations and explanations to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and installation requirements.
Answer customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, availability, and delivery options.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to ensure adequate product availability.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and address any issues or concerns.
Assist with promotional events, product launches, and marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably in the bathroom or sanitary ware industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Strong product knowledge and familiarity with bathroom and sanitary ware products, including faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, and accessories.
Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Customerfocused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
