    Job Description

    As our Finance Executive, you'll be at the heart of Payfuture's financial operations. Overseeing cash flow, merchant settlements, fund movements and treasury activities while providing analysis to drive profitability and efficiency. You'll collaborate across teams to optimize financial processes, enhance transparency, and support strategic decisions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and implement processes that ensure strong operational cash flow.
    • Prepare profit and loss reports across customers, business segments, and markets.
    • Support pricing model development and profitability analysis.
    • Generate regular fund movement and cash flow reports for executive review.
    • Build and maintain relationships with business partners, providers, and financial institutions.
    • Manage daily treasury activities, including foreign exchange and digital currency transactions.
    • Ensure all balances and reconciliations are accurate and up to date.
    • Lead initiatives to automate treasury operations and improve financial reporting.
    • Stay informed of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Execute digital and wire transfers efficiently and securely.
    • Evaluate and recommend new banking products and financial services.
    • Support audit processes and respond to internal or external audit requests.

    What we're looking for:

    • Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or membership in a professional accounting body.
    • Experience: 35 years in business finance or a related role within the payments industry, including handson experience managing digital currencies or virtual assets.
    • Expertise in: Cash management, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysis.
    • Strong command of Excel and familiarity with data tools like Tableau.
    • Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and communicate effectively with executive level stakeholders.
