Key Job Responsibilities:


  • To achieve your sales target (revenue, mix of products, volumes, returns)
  • To play a "hands on" role in the marketplace to maximize the sales and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions and making recommendations to management.
  • Daily market visits
  • Assisting in the process of collections of payments from clients
  • To carry out your daily tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager and report back to him at the end of the day on status of the work required to be done that day in addition to your regular duties as listed herein.
  • To carefully monitor the market for new developments and changes and report back on these immediately to the Sales Manager.
  • Expanding shelf spaces inside retail stores and increasing the basket size
  • To carry out any relevant tasks as directed by the Sales Manager

Requirements:


  • Minimum qualification should be graduation.
  • Experience in Sales minimum
    (3) three years in
    Fresh Produce Industry and/or Fast Moving Consumer Goods sales in
    UAE within these
    2 industries:
  • Competency in English written and spoken.
  • Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented, desire to deliver results
  • Fast learner and quick thinker
  • Passionate about sales
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
  • Willing to relocate as required
