As a Medical TourismBusiness Development at Ferns N Petals you will be responsible fordeveloping and managing the medical tourism department.

You willplay a crucial role in establishing our brand as a trusted andreliable medical tourism provider while ensuring a seamlessexperience for our customers.

KeyResponsibilities:
Develop andimplement strategies to promote Ferns N Petals as a premier medicaltourism provider
Identify and establish partnerships withhospitals and healthcare providers in different countries
Build and maintain relationships with international clients travelagencies and other stakeholders
Conduct market researchto identify new opportunities and stay updated on industrytrends
Develop and manage a network of medical tourismfacilitators
Coordinate with the operations team toensure a smooth and hasslefree experience for customers
Monitor and analyze the performance of the medical tourismdepartment and provide regular reports to the management
Develop and manage the budget for the medical tourismdepartment
Attend conferences events and trade shows torepresent Ferns N Petals and promote our medical tourismservices
Stay updated on healthcare policies andregulations in different countries
Collaborate with themarketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns formedical tourism services
Continuously seek ways toimprove and enhance our medical tourism services to exceed customerexpectations


Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development preferablyin the healthcare or travel industry
Proven track recordof successfully developing and managing partnerships
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonalskills
Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills
Ability to work independently and as part of ateam
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRMsoftware
Willingness to travel domestically andinternationally
