Description

We are recruiting for a dynamic Junior Graphic Designer who will be responsible for designing and posting original content on online platforms.

Your responsibilities will include posting content on social media, designing graphic material, and attracting consumers via social media.

To succeed as a Junior Graphic Designer, you should be highly motivated, creative, and possess solid knowledge of marketing competencies.

Ultimately, a high performing Social Media Designer should be computer literate, highly organised, and able to work with little direction.


Responsibilities

  • Design a wide range of print and digital strategic, compelling pieces, research centers, and initiatives, including brochures, onepagers, banners, posters, briefs, ads, infographics, and more.
  • Manage multiple projects from the management, providing clear communication around timeline and expectations
  • Provide logo, template, design, and photography consultation

Social media (50%)

  • Create compelling content for our active social media channels, working with a team of colleagues and the management
  • Design custom creative for events, news, and initiatives on social throughout the year
  • Draft paid campaign designs, copy, and audiences; adjust campaigns based on the latest trends and/or historical data; report on campaign performance.
  • Social media listening, analytics, and reporting
  • Expertise in video analytics (views, engagement, dropoff) to inform new projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of professional experience in graphic design
  • 1+ years of experience in social media management
  • Experience with design software and technologies (such as Adobe CS, including After Effects)
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter, and tracking performance in Google Analytics
  • Strong writing skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage time to meet deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork skill

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
