Responsibilities:

Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, orders, billing, and technical issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and procedures.
Maintain customer records and update account information accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience.
Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and gather feedback to improve service quality.
Stay updated on product features, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree.
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to empathize with customers' concerns and needs.
Proficiency in using computers and customer service software, such as CRM systems and helpdesk software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and information processing.
