  • 3-5 years' experience as brazer/fitter in HVAC manufacturing or related industry.
  • Can read and understand engineering drawing.
  • Familiar with measuring instruments.
  • Good verbal and written communication in English is an advantage.

  • Knowledgeable in practical application of principles, procedures, & techniques in HVAC production of various goods and services.
  • Knowledgeable in HVAC tool's operation, usage, maintenance, and designs.

    • Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities

  • Lay out full scale drawings of pipe systems, supports, and related equipment, following blueprints
  • Performs brazing operations for assembly of tubing's to the unit as per drawings / instructions.
  • Understands & uses correct brazing equipment by following the given instructions.
  • Identifies correct components for brazing by checking tags or confirming with lead man.
  • Uses correct brazing rod/flux with Nitrogen circulation to achieve zero leak
  • Reports defective tools, equipment and materials to the lead man for corrections.
  • Achieves and maintains a high level of quality by performing the operation as per the procedure and keeping track of the feedback provided by the lead man & supervisor.
  • Reports for work "on-time".
  • Achieves production targets by performing operation in the given time.
  • Wear Protective Preventive Equipment (PPE) in the work area at all times.
  • Maintains a high level of safety at all times.
  • Maintains clean working environment by complying with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Performs efficiently and effectively any other tasks to be assigned by the Chargehand / Foreman.
