    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization.
    • Monitor all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
    • Conduct regular reconciliations of all accounts.
    • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Assist in budget preparation and analysis.
    • Support the organization in financial decision making by providing accurate and timely financial information.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to implement financial policies and procedures.
    • Prepare and submit tax returns, financial statements, and other government forms.
    • Keep track of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
    • Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
    • Liaise with external auditors and assist in annual audits.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
