- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization.
- Monitor all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of all accounts.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in budget preparation and analysis.
- Support the organization in financial decision making by providing accurate and timely financial information.
- Collaborate with the finance team to implement financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare and submit tax returns, financial statements, and other government forms.
- Keep track of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Liaise with external auditors and assist in annual audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
